Facilities GCS Supervisor
**General Description**

Please follow the link below to apply and a ManpowerGroup recruiter will connect with you on next steps Facilities GCS Supervisor will provide daily task and project ownership for site operations and HPM Bulk Chemical (Tank Farm). Supervisor will be responsible for operations conducted by contracted vendor, and directly supervise staff of 6 technicians. Supervisor will provide priority alignment and safety execution oversight while communicating progress updates as requested. The position also requires an individual with the ability to develop technicians/personnel, protocols and processes, and overall to innovate improvements to operations as well as creating value for the site.
* Direction and oversight of a large embedded contractor technician staff as well as direct supervision of staff of 6.
* Evaluation of safety requirements and specification of HPM field work, with special focus on bulk chemical loads and offloads
* Provide real time feedback to both direct and contract staff ensuring compliance with site safety rules and systems
* Daily interface with engineering providing technical support, supply issue resolution, safety oversight of HPM field work, as well as insuring ideal execution with timing and logistics as a consideration
* Development, optimization, and execution of operational metrics and operational improvements
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
* Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or related field required
* At least 4 years of gas and/or chemical systems experience; semiconductor facility support preferred
* 8+ years of experience in leadership positions related to operations
* The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills required to interface with stakeholders across the SAS Facilities, Engineering, Contract Gas & Chemical Operations, and Logistics organizations to both sustain and improve operations.
* The candidate must be familiar with data analysis related to flow rates, pressures, and consumption trends.
* Familiarity with gas and chemical systems troubleshooting and strong mechanical aptitude
* Experience with bulk chemical transportation/safety preferred (i.e. DOT, DHS, HAZWOPER, etc.)
* Aptitude for documentation and data analysis
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
* Ability to work overtime / on non-scheduled days as required
